Our service call fee covers the appliance diagnosis and preparation of an estimate for repair by one of our certified technicians. The service call fee does not get applied toward the total cost for parts or labor to complete the repair of your unit. Service requests received more than 30 days after a service call appointment or completed repair will be subjected to an additional service call fee.
Service call and labor warranty only applies to the same reported appliance issue/function per visit.
